Word Processor – Lubbock, TX
Parkhill, Smith & Cooper is seeking a word processor for the clerical department in Lubbock. Ideal applicant will have an associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Essential duties include formatting, proofreading and editing documents to architect’s or engineer’s specifications.

Information Technician/Network Administrator – Midland, TX
Mid-level information technology position based in Midland but will be responsible for Abilene and El Paso/Las Cruces locations as well.  This person will be accountable for all aspects of user/desktop support, software, printer and conference room support minor networking/server support/troubleshooting.  Applicants must have 2 years of college education with 4 years of information technology experience or 4 years of college education with 2 years of information technology experience.  Proficient in MS Office, MS OS, Networking (TCP/IP), Wireless Network (WLAN), VOIP Phone Systems as well as possess strong oral/written communication skills and customer service skills.

Landscape Architect - El Paso, TX
Senior level licensed (in the state of Texas) landscape architect/project manager (5-10 + years of experience).  Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership, design, project management, communication, illustration skills and broad technical knowledge of construction documentation including, construction detailing, materials, irrigation, grading, drainage and field experience.  Proficiency in AutoCAD is required with experience using Land F/X, Sketchup and Photoshop preferred.  Experience with native/xeriscape plants and irrigation a must.

Project Assistant – Lubbock, TX
Assistant coordinates activities concerned with project administration and support Project Managers with various tasks and procedures.  The ideal candidate will has at least 2 years experience in an executive assistant role and must be able to type 55 words per minute.  MS Office (Word & Excel) knowledge is essential and will be tested on site.  Candidate needs well developed organizational skills and an ability to communicate effectively.  Associates or Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not necessary.

Electrical PE – El Paso, Texas
Graduate with BS/MS in EE with 4+ years experience in field including but not limited to: medium voltage power distribution, medium and low voltage switchgear, medium and low voltage motor starters, Arc Flash calculations, coordination studies, short circuit studies, roadway lighting, AutoCAD, lighting protection design, grounding design, emergency and standby power systems and building lighting and power design.  Professional Engineer licensure in the state of Texas preferred.

Registered Architect – Lubbock, Amarillo, Abilene or Midland, TX
Applicants must be a Texas Registered Architect with 3-5 years experience post licensure, preferably in the public sector such as education or with municipalities.  Professional must be able to execute the production of project from design concepts, bidding and construction phase services.  Revit/BIM experience is required.

Project Architect – Lubbock, Amarillo, Abilene or Midland, TX
Applicants must be a Texas Registered Architect with 5-10 years experience post licensure, preferably in the public sector such as education or with municipalities.  Professional is expected to delegate assignments, coordinate work of consultants, and communicate with the project manager. Revit/BIM experience is desirable.

Registered Interior Designer – Midland, TX
Applicants must be a Texas Registered ID with 2-4 years experience post licensure, preferably in the public sector such as education.  Revit/BIM experience is desirable.

Civil EIT – Midland, TX
Parkhill, Smith & Cooper is seeking an EIT to work in the Infrastructure Sector.  Graduate with BS in CE with 2+ years experience in field.  Has technical responsibility in assisting PM with assignments by preparing versions of OPC, directing technicians for production of engineering documents and collaborating with other team members to complete project. 

Engineering Project Manager – Amarillo, TX
Parkhill, Smith & Cooper is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to work as a Project Manager in the Amarillo, TX office location.  The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of progressively challenging experience in the successful design and project management of water and wastewater projects such as ground water resources, collection, distribution, pumping, piping and wastewater collection, piping, lift stations, and force mains.  Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required, MS is a plus.   Excellent client and team communication and relationship building, financial and project management skills are required.
