Engineering Project Manager – Midland, TX
Parkhill, Smith & Cooper is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to work as a Project Manager in the Midland, TX office location.  The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of progressively challenging experience in the successful design and project management of water and wastewater projects such as ground water resources, collection, distribution, pumping, piping and wastewater collection, piping, lift stations, and force mains.  Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required, MS is a plus.   Excellent client and team communication and relationship building, financial and project management skills are required.

Human Resources Student – Lubbock, TX
Parkhill, Smith & Cooper is seeking a HR student work in the Lubbock office.  Applicants must be enrolled in a higher education program preferably in junior or senior year.  Benefits include competitive pay, holiday/vacation pay as well as eligible for the company profit sharing.

Engineering Project Manager – Lubbock, TX
Parkhill, Smith & Cooper is seeking a licensed Professional Engineer to work as a Project Manager in the Public Works Sector.  The ideal candidate will have 5 to 20 years of progressively challenging experience in the successful design and project management in site development of subdivisions, municipal streets and utilities.  Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required and existing PE licensure.  Excellent client marketing, team communication, relationship building, financial and project management skills are required.

Civil EIT – Midland, TX
Parkhill, Smith & Cooper is seeking an EIT to work in the Infrastructure Sector.  Graduate with BS in CE with 2+ years experience in field.  Has technical responsibility in assisting PM with assignments by preparing versions of OPC, directing technicians for production of engineering documents and collaborating with other team members to complete project. 

Landscape Architecture Student – Midland, TX
Parkhill, Smith & Cooper is seeking a LA student work in the Midland office from the dates of May 13th thru August 16th.  Applicants must be currently pursuing landscape architecture degree from a college or university preferably in junior or senior year.  Employee will prepare scale drawings and contract documents and assist in the collection of field data along with other duties.

Electrical PE – El Paso, TX
Graduate with BS in EE with 4+ years experience in field including but not limited to:  Medium Voltage Power Distribution, Medium and Low Voltage Switchgear, Medium and Low Voltage Motor Starters, Arc Flash Calculations, Coordination Studies, Short Circuit Studies, Roadway Lighting, AutoCADD, Lightning Protection Design, Grounding Design, Emergency and Standby Power Systems and Building Lighting and Power Design. Professional engineer licensure in the state of Texas preferred but not required.

Civil Engineering Technician – Midland, TX
Applicant must have a High school diploma but prefer associates degree in a civil engineering discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Technician will assist in production and design layouts using engineering software and design calculations.  Proficiency in Civil 3D is required.

Mechanical Engineer – Lubbock, TX
Parkhill, Smith & Cooper is seeking a mechanical engineer in the Lubbock, TX office location. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of progressively challenging experience in the successful design of HVAC and plumbing components of projects including direct expansion, chilled water, heating water, variable refrigerant flow, and geothermal.  Energy modeling and commissioning experience is a plus.  Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering is required.  PE is preferred, but not required.  Additional certifications preferred, but not required are, Certified Energy Manager (CEM), LEED AP, Certified Geo-exchange Designer (CGD), and commissioning certification from the AABC, AEE, or ASHRAE.  Excellent client and team communication and relationship building skills are required.
